A trough is generating the odd shower and storm over SA and western NSW. Cold southerlies behind a front are bringing showers to TAS and southern VIC. Moist onshore winds are causing cloud to build over southwest WA and the northern tropical QLD coast, with a few showers.
The northern jet is helping to feed moisture from the Indian Ocean into an inland trough. The southern jet shows a trough near the southeast, generating instability and rain near the surface trough.
